As a family-run and owned small business, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand the importance of your investment in our art and will be as accommodating as possible within reasonable limits.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
Since each piece is made-to-order according to your personalized selection of image, size, and frame, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. The unique nature of each order means we are unlikely to resell the item quickly, if at all.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect order or if your order arrives damaged, please provide photographic proof of the issue immediately upon receipt. We will promptly manufacture and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that if the package is not checked upon delivery and the POD (proof of delivery) is signed without noting any damage or incorrect items, we cannot issue replacements at a later date.
Quality Assurance
We use high-specification printers, and every order undergoes strict quality control for colour accuracy and overall quality before dispatch. If the product you receive is significantly different from what is displayed on our website, please send us photographic proof of your concerns. In such cases, we will investigate the issue and, if warranted, manufacture and send a replacement immediately.
