Shipping Rate

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R185 for all areas within South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working on expanding our shipping options.

Delivery Time

All orders are custom-printed per customer. Considering the printing and framing processes, please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Notifications & Tracking

The morning after your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a dispatch notification and waybill number via email. You can track your order using the provided link and waybill number, ensuring you stay informed about your package’s progress.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are packed in stress-tested freight packaging designed to withstand the rigours of shipping. However, we kindly request that you inspect your delivery before signing the proof of delivery (POD) to ensure your satisfaction.

In Case of Damage:

  • If you notice any damage upon receipt, please mark it on the POD and send us a photograph immediately.
  • We will promptly manufacture and dispatch a replacement order as soon as possible.
  • Please note that replacements cannot be issued later if the package is not inspected upon receipt and the POD is signed without noting any damage.
